Using drill-down capabilities and other techniques, meaningful results can be formulated to help guide future decision-making and planning objectives. Data are analyzed according to predetermined client specifications, or formatted to enable the client to perform in-house analysis (e.g., Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Microsoft Excel, etc.).

Customized reports provide concise summaries of findings in formats that enable key stakeholders to easily interpret results. Reports can be developed using SAP Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Adobe, or a variety of other software packages to include graphic representations, recommendations, and other sections that may serve to explain the findings.
